I do believe that much of human struggle and following of the false gods of competition and technology and control IS an effort to find out how to follow our "true" gods-- deeper intuition, spiritual wisdom, and well-being. It is the "path of the moon" way (pain and ignorance), and a heck of a lot harder and longer in its process. If we can become conscious of our own development and recognize the option to take "the path of the sun" (fulfillment and knowledge), then we are much better disposed to grow faster into better health and awareness. We are experiencing growing pains and trying out the ineffective and destructive options, but it is my sincere prayer and hope that we come to some recognition and leave what does not work behind. Let heart emerge, compassion, and good sense along with it!
